The Robert M. Merryman Performing Arts Center is an 800 seat community arts center located in an active elementary school. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Our mission is to be the finest performing arts center in western Nebraska! Our purpose is to offer quality dance, music and theatre performances, educational events and workshops that will culturally reward and entertain audiences and participants. Our goal is to become an “engine of creativity” for area youth and a place of enjoyment and “affirmation” for the community.
To fulfill our mission and purpose and to reach our goal, we make available two series of programming to our audiences. The first is our Subscription Series of 8 shows featuring renowned national and regional artists. The second is our education-based Imagination Advantage Series for all area students K-12.
