The Minden Opera House is proud to present a brand-new show, specifically designed for families with young children! This exciting cast of performers has been carefully and thoughtfully selected to bring you some of the state’s most popular acts in ONE EVENING! Featured acts include beat-boxer D-Wayne, magician Jeff Quinn and popular Nebraska performers The String Beans.
Jeff Quinn is an award-winning magician with over 25 years of professional experience. When you see Jeff in front of an audience, you’ll see why he was named “Children’s Magician of the Year,” and why his peers elected him the 100th President of the Society of American Magicians!
D-Wayne is uniquely strong and adaptable performer behind a microphone, performing as MC, beatboxer and educator. He travels far and wide, teaching children how to beatbox and showcasing at venues and events.
Now in their 12th year of making fun music for kids, The String Beans have released 10 albums, appeared on dozens of radio and TV programs, and delighted thousands of fans in Nebraska and across the United States. Each show is hilarious, inclusive, and spontaneous, and will get every audience singing and dancing along!
