NSAA Dual Wrestling Championships
February 5, 2022 @ 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Buffalo County Fairgrounds – Exposition Center
Session 1
-Round 1: 9:00am – Quarterfinals Classes B & C (Weigh-ins 8:00am)
-Round 2: 10:30am – Quarterfinals Classes A & D (Weigh-ins 9:30am)
-Round 3: 12:00pm – Consolation Semifinals – All Classes
Session 2
-Round 4: 2:00pm – Semifinals – All Classes
-Round 5: 4:00pm – 3rd & 5th Place Duals – All Classes
-Round 6: 6:00pm – Championship Duals – All Classes – 4 Mats
All teams will be placed (according to seed) in an eight-team bracket. The first round
winners will advance to the semi-finals with the first-round losing teams competing in the
consolation bracket. The consolation bracket will be wrestled out for 5th and 6th places.
Second round winners in the consolation round will advance to the 5th place dual. Semi-final
winners will advance to the finals with semi-final losers competing against each other for 3rd
place. The teams will finish competition placing 1st-6th places with the top four teams being
awarded NSAA Dual Wrestling Championship Trophies. Individual medals will not be
provided but can be ordered through the NSAA website at the cost of the school.
