Trails & Rails Museum Give Where You Live – Open House

FreeJoin us on Thursday, Dec. 3 from 1-5 pm for a free open house inside the new Family History Center at the Trails & Rails Museum at 710 W. 11th St. in Kearney.
Donations received from the 2020 Give Where You Live event will go towards ‘Prairie Preservation Project’, unless otherwise noted. The ‘Prairie Preservation Project’ is our fancy way of saying your Museum buildings need some TLC and your help is needed! The Shelton Depot needs a new roof, the Freighter’s Hotel, District 1 School House, German Baptist Church Building, and the Boyd Ranch House all need repainted and some need some carpentry work, as well. The UP steam engine needs sand-lasted and powder-coated.
