Walk Out On Your Job

UNK’s Cushing Coliseum
Each spring, Activate Buffalo County promotes a healthy workplace by joining with local businesses to collectively walk out on the work that keeps us tied to our desk chairs. This lunch-time walk has become a staple in our community that re-energizes our local workforce and helps them take one small step toward a healthy lifestyle.
This year’s group walk will begin at UNK’s Cushing Coliseum. There’s no formal start time, so join us when you can over your lunch break!
You can also walk at your workplace. In fact, hosting your walk at work can help you establish a route and create long-term active habits.
