Cottonmill – 2hr

There are plenty of activities to do out at Cottonmill Park. Relax and fish in the 43-acre lake or take one of their paddleboats or kayaks from the rental shop. Plus, the park is the trailhead for the Cottonmill to For Kearny 13.1 mile paved hike/bike trail. Make sure to visit the Nature Rotary Barn and play a game of disc golf while you’re at it too! The perfect place on a sunny day.


The Archway– 1.5 hr

Join the 1.5 million visitors who have experienced the westwards expansion of the nation through the eyes of those who lived it. Being “all Nebraska, all the time”, McCue’s Taproom is a great place to grab a drink. Come in for a flight or even just one drink from one of their 30 beers on tap. Meadowlark Hills Golf Course – 4 hr

Meadowlark Hills was built in 1993 and is operated by the City of Kearney. The course is a Championship 18-Hole layout that plays to a par 71 for men and a par 72 for women. Located in a 1911 Renaissance revival building, MONA is the home of the official art collection of the State of Nebraska.
