11 Things to do in Kearney during March

1. Witness One of Earth’s Greatest Migrations

They stop to rest and gain body fat as they prepare for their journey northward. Other wildlife such as Whooping Cranes, eagles, ducks, geese and shorebirds also migrate through Central Nebraska through this time.

Audubon’s Crane Carnival is taking place on Saturday, March 10 at Rowe Sanctuary in Gibbon. More.
