This Senior College class will explore several aspects of daily life: how you see yourself, balance and strength training for seniors, maybe some music just for the fun of it. Come for the fun of learning about a few ups and downs and how to cope.

Learn stuff, gain some insight. This Senior College class will be 12 hours of structured discussion about the historically “long” Sixties, 1960-1973. Themes will include Vietnam, Immigration and the Chicano Movement, American Indian Movement, Environmentalism, and the Civil Rights Movement.
