Exhibit Building. All items must be entered in online prior to 10 am. If you need assistance, please stop in the Fair Office. All departments and items must be entered.
1:00 pm-7:00 pm: OPEN CLASS ENTRIES DROP-OFF
Exhibit Building. Please have all items registered prior to 10 am to ensure tags are available for your entries. All departments must be entered; check departments for time to bring articles.
Wednesday July 24
- 1:30 pm: Open Class Fine Arts & Photography Judging in Exhibit Building
- 6:00-11:00 pm: Carnival Starts
Wild Rider Wristbands Available: $70 All You Can Ride All Week Long! Limited Number of Passes Available. Passes available at the Fair Office beginning July 5th. - 6:00-9:00 pm: Commercial Exhibits open in the Exhibit Building
- 6:00-9:00 pm: Girls Night Out – Exhibit Building
— Check out all the Pop-Up Shops, Indoor Vendors & enjoy an evening of food and drink specials. - 7:00 pm-Midnight: Kearney Volunteer Fire Department BINGO! Stand Open
Thursday July 25
- 9:00 am: Open Class Farm & Garden Crops Judging in Exhibit Building
- 10:00 am: Open Class Plants & Flowers, Food, Textile Judging in Exhibit Building
- 1:00-9:00 pm: Exhibit Building Open to view Open Class Exhibits
- 2:00-4:00 pm: Special Needs Day

— Signup to be a volunteer here - 5:00-7:00 pm: Sponsor Party in the Buffalo Corral hosted by Buffalo County Farm Bureau – Live Music with Dave Lerbakken
- 5:30 pm: 4-H Cake and Pie Auction in the Exhibit Building
- 7:30 pm: LEMON FRESH DAY in the Buffalo Corral: $10 Cover
- 6:00-9:00 pm: Commercial Exhibits open in the Exhibit Building
- 6:00-11:00 pm: Carnival Open
- 7:00 pm-Midnight: Kearney Volunteer Fire Department BINGO! Stand Open

- 3:00-11:00 pm: Carnival Open

- 7:30 pm: JON PARDI with Special Guest Ben Burgess in the LandMark Implement Arena
– Doors open at 6:00 pm, Tickets range from $25-$75 plus fees.

- 3:00-11:00 pm: Carnival Open
- 3:00 pm: Gates open for Demolition Derby
- 5:00 pm: Andersen Wrecking Demolition Derby in the Outdoor Arena – Advance Ticket Prices: Adults $12, Children $7, Day of Show Tickets: Adults: $15, Children: $10. Tickets available in Advance at the Fair Office.
- 5:00 pm: Beer Garden Open
- 7:30 pm: RED WANTING BLUE in the Buffalo Corral
– Doors open at 6:00 pm, Tickets are $20 Advance / $30 Day of Show.
